Feedback from the Class
I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the process of giving and receiving feedback at yesterday’s critique group. It was my first time participating and I was very nervous, but you immediately made me feel comfortable.  The feedback I received was invaluable. It really made me think about my premise in a way I hadn’t thought of before. I’m excited about my revisions. Thank You!!

“What a lovely group of people and great stories! It was just the right amount of reading/time and focus (I've attended some sessions where so many people read, it can be a little overwhelming as you have to adapt to each voice/tone of the stories.) Tonight was perfect! Thanks so much for making this happen so constructively and creatively.”

One of Books Inc.’s favorite aspects of being booksellers is getting the chance to welcome and host hundreds of authors a year, from house-hold names to local, debut authors and we are so excited to begin reintroducing the Bay Area with “The Experience You Can’t Download” in our stores with traditional author talks and booksignings. In addition to meet-and-greet author events and standard author talks, we are also continuting virtual author events.

Sales equate success, and as with in-store events, booksales made from an independent bookstore benefit the author, publisher, and lead to future event bookings. Please help us keep the Bay Area the wonderful literary hub that it is by supporting your local Books Inc.
