Women's Health Luncheon & Lecture with MARIA SHRIVER

A Conversation with Maria Shriver

About the Speaker
Maria Shriver is a mother of four, a Peabody and Emmy Award-winning journalist and producer, a six-time New York Times best-selling author, special anchor for NBC News, founder of the Shriver Report, and activist for social change and equality.

Proceeds of this year's event will support the Mills-Peninsula Women's Center and Breast Health Programs. Donor support allows us to provide free mammograms and care for the uninsured and underserved women in our community and purchase of state-of-the-art technologies.

This event sells out every year. Please reserve your table or ticket early in order to ensure that you can join us.

We appreciate your support and look forward to celebrating with you on Monday, April 27, 2015.

Books Inc. proudly hosts hundreds of authors a year, from house-hold names to local, debut authors and we look forward to continuing to provide the Bay Area with the “Experience You Can’t Download”. The majority of our events are free and open to the public; all that we ask is that you have a Books Inc. receipt to join the signing line.

Sales equate success, for the publisher, for the author, and especially for an independent bookstore. The more books we sell at our events, the more authors we have sent our way.  Please help us keep the Bay Area the wonderful literary hub that it is by supporting your local Books Inc.
