Join Books Inc. in The Castro for the kick-off of Perfectly Queer: LGBT Readings, a new monthly author salon featuring themed readings. January begins the series with "New Year, New Books" and joining us will be multiple-award winning author Lori Ostlund sharing her most recent work, After the Parade; critically-acclaimed writer and poet Andrew Demcak discussing his YA paranormal romance, A Little Bit Langston; and current MFA candidate at San Francisco State University Natasha Dennerstein reading from her powerful new poetry collection, Anatomize.

One of Books Inc.’s favorite aspects of being booksellers is getting the chance to welcome and host hundreds of authors a year, from house-hold names to local, debut authors and we look forward to continuing to provide the Bay Area with “The Experience You Can’t Download” in our stores when we can assure authors and guests that it is safe to do so.
