Dr. Kelly McGonigal will show how movement is intertwined with the most basic human joys and why it is a powerful antidote to depression, anxiety, and loneliness.
Free for member school parents and for all educators from member and non-member schools.

The Common Ground Speaker Series presents distinguished speakers in education, parenting and health at venues across the San Francisco Peninsula. Our 2020-2021 Series will take place live online. Parents, faculty and staff at our 44 member schools attend the Common Ground online events free of charge. (This is made possible through the generous financial support of their schools.) Faculty and educators from non-member schools are also invited to attend free of charge. Guests from non-member schools and the general community are welcome to register and attend virtual live stream events for a non-refundable $10 fee. Registration closes two hours before the start of each event.
