About the Author


Jo Bowlby is a world-renowned Shaman, coach and mentor. Her practice grew out of a life-long interest in both ancient spiritual disciplines and modern psychology. She has trained in North and South American Shamanism, Tibetan Buddhism, Bön, Zen, Daoism, The Yoga Sutras and Qi gong. She holds a black belt in Shotokan Karate. Jo has been initiated as a Shaman by the Q'ero elders (Inka Shaman) in Peru and given healers' rites by the late Maestro Panduro - a renowned medicine man in the Amazon rainforest. She is a highly sought after therapist living in London.
