About the Author
Cool Doodle Designs was created by Australian Certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Coach, Phoebe Dangerfield. She sees doodling and colouring as a way of connecting with our creative side, releasing stress and changing focus, using this form of mindfulness to take the mind away from the trials of modern living and into the realm of the unconscious where we can be, do and have all that we desire. Phoebe has interests in: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Changing behaviours developed in the past to keep us safe which no longer serve us well in the present Growing emotional intelligence She started producing colouring sheets and colouring pages for clients to help them de-stress and relax between appointments. These were so popular that she decided to put them into book form and make them available to a wider audience. Creating Cool Doodle Designs allows her to indulge her fascination with how colouring, doodling and patterns help the mind. She now uses her patterns and colouring sheets with meditation and hypnosis to help her clients effect change in their lives.
