Edward J. Ruppelt was the head of the Air Force program known as Project Blue Book. This book is his report about what he learned about UFOs during his time with the project. It should be noted that Ruppelt was definitely skeptical, and rightly felt that most UFOs could be explained away with ease. This book focuses more on the unexplained cases. As it was written back in the fifties, you won't find any reference to Roswell as that case was forgotten at the time and not rediscovered until the late seventies. What you will find is a fascinating overview of Ruppelt's experience overseeing the project as they investigated reports of strange lights in our skies. A must-own book for anyone interested in UFOlogy.
