Josey Baker (yes, that is his real name) leads a small team of outstanding bread bakers at The Mill in San Francisco, creating homemade loaves of legend. Now he can add "author" to his list of accomplishments, with the introduction of his new book, aimed squarely at the novice baker.
Josey Baker Bread sets out to teach the home cook how to think like a baker. With a base set of “master recipes” and many variations, it’ll walk you though how to create stunning sourdough, hearty rye, and even killer pizza dough, just to name a few.
